Just finished my SYNC 3.4 upgrade on my 2016 GT with the Hextall kit and want to complement their superb product and customer service. I had the kit installed by a very competent performance shop but apparently they thought they knew more than Hextall and went and installed who knows what they found on the internet. Total shit and Hextall straightened out all the settings with me today. I understand some of you prefer to hack your way through the DIY / Ebay route to save money but if you can afford it, hire the true experts.
