I thought we were going to get hit really hard by Dorian in 2019. Instead, it stalled over and destroyed part of the Bahamas. Think we would’ve handled the impact better in south Florida but it was very nerve wracking.

not too bad in northern nj by me. roads were flodded in places and some trees down.....lots of rain but winds were low. No where near what we went through when super stom sandy hit thank God.

I'm on the coast just north of Boston....Thankfully Henri missed us as it tracked farther west...We got some heavy rain and wind for a little while but that's about it...By late afternoon the worst was over.

Media (local news) and weather channel hyped the storm.
At least for here, south shore side of Boston, it was a just a few hours of heavy rain, and 25mph-40mph winds.
I'll take it. Better than what the weather fear mongers were hyping it to be.
Looked like long island took it the hardest at last from a flooding angle.
