I've looked all over the interwebs and searched here also, and I can't find the cylinder order for the friggin Coyote anywhere!!! I got a misfire trouble code twice the other day from cylinder #2

1-4 is passenger's side working from radiator towards the firewall, then 5-8 again from radiator to firewall but on the driver's side
