I am keeping my factory radio, I have an equalizer and a amp I want to hook up. How do I connector the EQ to the factory harness? I have a LOC Line Out Converter. What do I need to do?

Do you have the base radio or one of the shakers? If you have the base radio I'd talk with OEMRadio about letting him reprogram it.

Base radio. My question is how to go about connecting the factory radio to the EQ.

You talk to OEMradio about reprogramming your radio to output low level, you then convert the speaker wires coming out the back to rca which you can then plug into your amp. You could use the line out converter but you'd still have all that crappy factory processing mucking up your sound. All the wiring info you need is on a sticky at the top of forum.

So the rear speaker wire that connects to the speakers in the back I can hook up to line out converter and then run via rca to my front speakers?

The base stereo is just like your average aftermarket radio missing the pre-amp outs, just crappier. It's all in the link I gave you, read through it.
