Get something like this at the NAPA autoparts by you. You will destroy the lugnut but it will remove it. Then buy a new set of locklugs and don't loose the key.

There are many ways to get those off. You could even weld on to the nut and screw it off. I could have all 4 off in 15mins with my welder a breaker bar and scrap around the garage.

Many of those are also made cheap. I keep tons of disposible harbor freight sockets around for these kinds of jobs. Sometimes you can find a sock that just about fits too tight and hammer it over the locknut wings and screw it off. You can't do that with the locknuts with internal key. You weld those. Either style you can remove with an extractor style socket like I posted above.
