I'm having a strange issue I'm trying to diagnose...

Every once in a while the car seems like its starving for gas, almost like it's running lean. The air/fuel mixture looks good and there are no error codes. It mostly happens in first and second gear (car is a manual). To put it in perspective it looks like a teenager's first time driving a stick.

I'll be driving along perfectly fine, come to a stop and when I continue driving it will happen. Sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes longer and then "poof", back to normal.

Anyone had this happen to them? Any suggestions?

Take it to a dealer. Have them drive it to see what you're describing.

Could be bad gas, or a bubble in the line. Please provide us with more info.

It's a 2017 GT with just over 15k miles. Most relevant mods are just an oil catch can, headers and exhaust and a tune.

It's out of warranty and I don't think the dealership will touch it because of the tune and if they do they may just be careless enough to override it with the factory one. Unfortunately I lost the tuner and cannot bring it back to either the stock oy modified tune.

The car has only been fed premium gas it's entire life and I've gone through at least two tanks since this started happening.
