I always think the name is relatively unimportant.

Virgin, Tesco, Asda, Amazon, Google - all examples. What matters is what you do behind that name.

Only thing I would suggest is use something that shortens easily to 11 characters or less - useful for SMS communications.

But you gotta call it something so my suggestion is a somewhat obvious "Royal Guard Recruitment". Has a ring, shortens nicely to "Royal Guard" or RGR and best of all, you thought of it yourself !

From experience two things you should consider: - availability of the domain name and try to avoid words in common usage to ensure when you google the name you don't get too many results. (Don't use a name like Evolve for instance)

I would run with a theme / word that represents how you want to be perceived. For example pick 'connected' then just start listing words and phrases that associate with connected.

Crap examples above but if you apply that method to 5-10 different topics you'll end up with a few lists you can stare at and mull over. One of those might trigger something in your mind that isn't even related but it's the process that helps you focus. Also, as you'll have 2 clients for each deal pick a name that will entice both parties. For example 'Get Placed Ltd' would look good to job seekers but to employers it may sound like you're less focused on finding the right candidates for them.
