Help me, SYNC 3 blue screen

Got in car and this turned up. Reverse can will come on and then stay when I go into first gear until about 15 mph and reverts to the blue screen. Maybe I should disconnect and reconnect the battery?

Definitely try disconnect the battery for 30 minutes.

or locate the right fuse for the Sync CPU
