Run stock mufflers with the delete kit.
Get the BMR hop kit. It works very good.
BMR lowering springs.

Use the left over for mufflers if wanted or other mods.
Whats the BMR hop kit, I don't see that they have anything specific just individual parts

In Cali in the bay area I would avoid a full exhaust. I would go with x pipe or h pipe plus wheel hop parts, and ford racing 47lbs injectors.

I had about that amount to play with and chose to go with Steeda Suspension
upgrades and still had $$ left. I think a resonator delete and Roush Cat backs
may be next. Wheels and tires are on the way.
