Yes, they are for looks. This isn't a race car and you won't know the difference between them guaranteed.
yah, those poor nascar racers with no downforce from that tiny little board on the trunk. Oh wait, the other thing.

Might also check out the Z07 package for the C7 Z06 corvette.

Street cars are largely limited by front down force. Giant wing out back, stock nose is not any good. Or the reverse, front splitter, no rear wing...

They are sensitive enough the 04 STi had to pick up those wierd little bumps on the front bumper when it had the large rear wing. JDM models with a low wing had a smooth bumper along side the large wing with altered front bumper cars.

Ford engineers spent huge amounts of time in the wind tunnel and
on the track tuning this car, It makes a big difference.
How much some notices it, is a whole different conversation.
First thing to remember is the location of these spoilers are right behind the cab so there will be less airflow than sticking your head out the window. Second thing to keep in mind yes they spent a lot of time on these cars and when ford takes them to the track with engineers in the paddock they rip these off and put the gt350 wings on for proper downforce. I would estimate the downforce produced on the small spoiler has to be 1/20th what the wing produced at speed. Do they create downforce sure. Do they create enough to make a difference? Maybe make a 1-2 mph difference between lossing the rear at 100 mph in a hard corner maybe...... If that
