I was thinking about, instead of stripes, making the vents on the hood a contrasting color (if they just pop out). Maybe get them in Magnetic or Black? I'm no good at Photo Shop, but you can imagine:

Hey guys. So I guess I should finally get out and start pricing stripes and see what I actually want. Could my 6G bestfriends help pick it out?

I'm going to get the Roush Hood scoop first (yea yea hate hate) lol yall all know i love scoops :)

but I can decide what kind of stripes to get after it. I was going to go all black or red if I would of got the GTPP wheels but I got the 20" instead. So...im trying to see what would look good with that and I'm needing some help.

Could yall look at some pics and tell me what yall think? Sorry my photoshop could use some work. :)
I'm open to any suggestions
Red would be a nice "link" to your current car, but I think I'm leaning towards the Gray.

Matte black would also work, as would grabber.. Dude.. I'm useless here. Sorry.

First off, I like hash, but only on one side. Depending on what point in history it was either to identify the side of the driver, or to help teams know what car is returning to the pits or whatnot. I think hash marks look goofy on both sides; it'd be driver side only for me.

To me Stripes break up the lines. Your eyes focus more on the stripe and less on the car, my 05 Satin Silver no stripes and looks sharp, the wife's 2013 has stripes and I am not a fan. But in the end it is a personal choice. If you must go minimal.
Why not make it a bit more outgoing? In 12 months you won't be able to walk into any parking lot without seeing two Mustangs within 50 feet of eachother.

The biggest problem with them is they are everywhere. No exclusivity. Not saying it's a terrible thing, but exclusivity is very fun and that is something I know very well.

I'd choose stripes over Hash day. this car will look great W/ stripes.

Didn't mean to hi-jack the thread and take it off of stripe. :)

But I think if that is done, it has to be subtle. Thanks again!

I'd like some Roush heat extractors in black if they fit the regular GT hood...the scoop can stay:D

I'm too OCD for just a front hood stripe, especially if it doesn't go down the bumper. Way too asymmetrical for me.
