Hey guys, I'm also looking at a check valve as well. I am only doing a catted setup but have heard the check valve helps relieve pressure to the crank. Is that Correct. Also, since I don't have any smoke issues"catted" is their any reason why I can't just keep my Mitso Oil catch can PCV as is? Seems like gutting is mostly for the smoke issue.

Gotcha, thanks for the help. I got a upr single catch can, I'll measure the diameter of the hose later today
