Possibly SBS? I have the SBS GT-350 style hanging on my garage wall. A little work with a jigsaw could trim it down to the PP2 spec you have here.

To me, it looks like one of the ebay chin spoilers that someone attached beneath the OEM spoiler. It looks like this spoiler in particular:

That's not how that splitter is supposed to be installed but that's what it looks like someone did. I could very well be wrong about that though.
