Help, Front Caster Differences

What is an acceptable difference in the front casters between left and right sides?
Example, if left side caster is 6.7 what is the biggest difference the right side can have without being an issue or saying something is not right?

My dealership had to remove the front subframe to swap out the shortblock and when I got the car back I noticed the front driver side wheel is now slightly more towards the front of the wheel well (front bumper) and the passenger side wheel is still perfectly centered (even gap all the way around the fender)
The steering wheel is also off center so to go straight it needs to be turned to the left a bit. PITA is that I just had a great alignment before my new shortblock delivery showed up.

I'm getting a reading at my performance alignment shop soon and he said he'll know based on the reading if the subframe is way off or not.
From what I've heard, there isn't much tolerance (maybe millimeters) in the front subframe bolts so any manual nudging or moving will just be by eye and probably not worth the trouble?

I know there are lots of mustang owners with strange uneven wheel well gaps who just accepted it and drove it.
Either one wheel will be too forward the front fender or too back.

If I were specifying the caster, I would ask for about 1/2 degree more caster on the right hand side. This will be about what it takes to counteract road crown so the car tracks straight. Anything more than a degree different, I'm taking a second look at.
