Help AC Belt Install

Can someone point me to the link that explains how to use a tie wrap to install the AC belt?

Now I'm curious. What does the zip tie do? It doesn't really show anything in the picture in the service manual linked to above.

Go to the next page and it shows it clearly. Basically you are zip tying it onto the crank shaft in one location so it stays, then you turn the motor by hand and itll walk it the rest of the way on.
