just did a opg cs job on my car with another member on here. he warned me the ac belt was going to be the hardest part. We were both dreading it. So while doing the job im running through ideas in my head. Got it! heat expands and softens right? took the belt submerged it in HOT water for about 20 min. swapping water out a few times. Started the belt around the balancer first then started to walk the belt onto the ac pulley starting at the 7 o'clock position. a few complete revolutions and some guidance and snap! belt seated perfect. We both looked at each other in disbelief. Had the belt on in about 10 minutes.
