My bad. That should have read 24 months. And the 10k mileage is per year, so 20K for 24 months. Other options are available.

As feared, Ford is not offering good lease rates on the GT. It will be better to just finance which I don't want to go.

This blows. Talked to a dealer today who confirmed this. I'm hoping it will change. I'm a chronic car-changer (lol) and I'm sick of "losing" money because I'm forced to buy vs. lease. Would much rather pay a 2 year lease with no money down and trade the car free and clear every 2 years or so. I also benefit from a tax break, etc, etc. I get that maybe "GTs used to come back trashed" from what I hear, but the individual should be penalized, not everyone. If BMW M-series cars and Mercedes AMG cars, etc. can be leased, I think it's just crazy Ford can't do better with a GT.

I love leasing, It's so fun to trade up in 3-4 years. Don't have to worry about warranty, etc... I wanted the Mustang so badly but now I have to move on to the Camaro SS1le. They have very attractive leases

I leased my '15 through Ford credit, but I have the turbo, so Im not much help to you. It was a smooth process and far FAR cheaper than going through leasing companies, that wanted 600+ monthly.

I put nothing down and rolled in negative equity and all taxes and fees, and came out way cheaper than financing for 72 months, at 1.9%. This is my first lease, so I hope I dont end up having any regrets; so far none, though.

Good to hear! What model / options did you get, what did your payment end up being?

I got the turbo, which stickered for $36465. I managed to get a discount off that (I feel bad saying how much, since it might make other EB owners mad..lol), BUT, I rolled in 2k of negative equity, taxes and fees, and rentalCARE through Ford (which I might drop). My payment came out to $550, for 36 months and 15k miles a year.

I used my credit union's loan calculator and I would have been paying roughly 561, for 72 months, or 660 for 60 months, at the 1.9 rate they pre-approved me. So, I feel like I did all right, considering I did all this for zero down.

You could lease a Hellcat Challenger for $547 a month (6k down!) Thats aggressive pricing to me.

Good luck. Keep looking for a better dealer/bank.

Ford is showing a 0.9% APR on their leasing through the website.

Doing the math I'm paying $130 on my lease :

ZPlan roughly 30 for GT and PP
7500 Trade in,
59% Residual on MSRP of 34,800 ish
36 Month Term

I finally got the OKTB from my dealer, Before I left my deposit i wanted to talk about payments and he told me that leasing will cost $800 month with 2k down. My face sank and I got it down to $750 which is astronomically high. In comparison I can lease a 435i 65k car for $700 month. Even the 1LE brand new Chevy wanted $580 month. WTH is up?:frusty:
What was the length of the lease?

Go to the build & price and lease info can be calculated. I built an EB with everything and lease is $352 for 36 months. It doesn't show GT leasing info.
That's pretty low mileage, is this going to be your primary car?

Please show me where you see 0.9% APR for leases on Ford's website.
