Heated seats - driver side

Hi all,

Is anyone having any problems with the heated seats? I don't know if it's me or if there is a genuine fault, but;
1. When switched to max, takes ages to heat up
2. When it is on, am feeling warmth only on right side of seat. Left side seems to be pumping cool air or so I think...

Thoughts anyone?

There's only one plug underneath the seat, so it would seem that power isn't an issue, get it back to the stealers, new seat possibly :shrug:
