UPDATE.
So my vent holes I made in the bottom didn't work. So today I separated the headlights and re butyled and sealed my holes.
Before I resealed I did submerged both headlights under water checking for areas that might be leaking. The only spot that was leaking was at the plug. I'm pretty sure when I baked my headlights the seal inside the plug went bad or something. IDK I'm learning alot from this whole experience. Anyway I separated the headlights and dryed everything out and resealed. I think I'm going to use some conductor weather seal and try to seal around my plug.
