Hey, Guys.

i have decided on a ESS G3R. I plan to run max boost on E85 and a stock motor for the near term.

I like the Kooks headers. And in GA, cats are required.

1-7/8" or 2" ? If 2" , are there any modifications required to the body to install the larger header ?

I also live in GA, and I have the kooks 1 7/8 headers but I don't have a blower. I don't think you need to modify the body for 2" fitment since it's only a 1/8" difference. If your county requires emissions, you would need mini cat/ o2 spacers to pass. I have the 90 degree ones so it's close enough to the cats to stay out of the way with enough space from the cats to keep from burning the wiring of the o2s due to heat.

1 7/8 are perfectly fine. Kooks make a very good quality header but the primaries are rather short. I prefer longer primary headers.
