installed some pypes catted LT this weekend. everything seems to be fine except one minor issue. i have a vibration that i can hear and feel while driving but only when i make a right turn. if i turn slower than 5mph i get nothing but anything over that and i can feel and hear a vibration. seems to be coming from front driver side. but it could be front passenger not too sure. i know i forgot to cut the ac bolt which im going to do today but is there anything else i should check or anyone have this specific issue? i did remove the motor mount completely from the car but i bolted the motor mount back on the frame and then lowered the engine back down and put the nut on and tightened the single top nut. any insight is appreciated.

I would start with checking the steering shaft and see if you have any contact there. Then I would check the upper frame rail right where the headers come off the engine on the drivers side.

clearance for the steering shaft is fine. i noticed one of the motor mount bolts wasnt quite tight so i tightened that and still have the vibration. comes and goes when im going straight but very pronounced when turning right. im pretty sure its the ac bolt that my dumb ass forgot to take out when i had the manifold off. any way to get this from the bottom? going at it from the top is pretty tight space to get anything in there. may have to get underneath and basically redo the passenger side which blows. any other ideas appreciated.

did you check the drivers side frame rail ? just pop the hood, look down, and see if you have any rub marks from the header making contact.

update. removed the ac bolt, rechecked and the exhaust doesnt touch anywhere, steering shaft is clear, frame rail clear. tightened the engine mounts to the engine first then lowered onto the frame and tightened the single 15mm nut. still getting the same noise an vibration.

Could have 2 header tubes vibrating together. I've had that before. If you find that, just jam a pry bar between them and gently massage them apart. I'ts best to find it while the car is running to be sure. Also, you could jam a larger flat washer between 2 tubes. I've done that and it stayed there forever.
