So I am looking at doing a Cat back now since the Header/Catback combo just won't fit in my wifes budget. LOL. Now was seriously looking at MBRPs Catback but......it is made for a 2.5" stock piping. If you look at the ends that go into the pipes leading into the headers they taper down to 2.5" but those pipes are 3". SO the exhaust flow rolls out of the header 3" remember then into the 3" catback. But the 2.5" tapered piece is in the 3" pipe. Talk about turbulence! Has anyone else brought this up? Being S/C the smoother the flow the better it is on engine and power. Forgive me if I have not explained this perfectly but if you open up my link and look at the ends on this catback you will see what I am talking about. http://mbrpautomotive.com/index.php?page=products&part=S7277AL

Makes sense. I guess I will connect to headers when I do install then drive to an muffler shop have them cut and weld. Thanks.
