I have 2019 Ecoboost Premium. Can anyone recommend a better head unit that covers all the bases and provides the same functionality (or more) as the stock head unit?

Since you already have Sync3 with your premium, is there a reason you’re looking for a different unit? I ask as it would help to know what features you feel as though are missing/what you’re looking for so we can give recommendations. There are those “Tesla style” ones but they seem kinda janky.

Honestly, I just want something with a better interface. I'm not a big fan of the interface.

You could use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto by plugging your smartphone in to save some money instead of switching out the head unit. However, if I were to get a new head unit I’d be looking at a Pioneer AVIC W8500NEX or a Kenwood DNR876S - double check to make sure they’re compatible, but I’m about 99% sure they are. These are both Android and as such will have a similar interface to an Android tablet.
