Has the rpm red line/rev cut been increased ??

Considering it has the GT350 manifold on it, which is designed to make max hp at 7500, you can bet the Bullet will not make its 480 at 7000rpm it will be higher.
It seams common sense that they would raise the red line / rev cut 3 to 400rpm to take full advantage of this increase

Not necessarily true, power band depends heavily on cams too. The GT probably has less aggressive cams.

Bullitt = greater air intake (ergo: more hp)

Gen-3 Coyote can breathe, & with a proper tune able to make use of greater intake @ 93 octane.

The few pictures of the Bullitt gauge cluster on show the same 7,500 rpm redline as regular GTs.
