O.k. I want some to verify that the half shaft on the passenger side sits a little further out of the diff then the drivers side.

Here is a pic of the passenger side.

Everything bolts up but I want to make sure before I set the car down. It will not go in any further than this. Yes it catches a couple of times and "knocks in" till it get to this point.

I also want to make sure that the skinnier one goes in the passenger side and the fatter one goes in the drivers side. Thanks in advance.

Driver's side spline is longer. Swapped sides and all is well. Had to drink a beer to think about it.

I am doing everything in my sig over this weekend and the next. I am on the front now and it is going smoothly. I love this exhaust sound. I think the quad tips are even deeper in sound. You can go over to my build thread. I will update a bunch of stuff over there.

No I didn't. Some one else did though before they installed them. It is significant though.

How difficult of a job is it to swap half shafts in your garage on jack stands?

Very easy actually. Once you get the rear knuckle off they slide out. Getting the knuckle off is 3 bolts once you get the brakes off.
