Got to drive in a little snow over the weekend. I got a set of Nokian Hakkapeliita Winter tires and it drove great for the most part. I got up my street which is a pretty steep hill with a little running start, I felt a little slide on the way up as the hill is also a little curved but with about 1.5 inches of slushy stuff on the road I got home with no issues. On flatter roads it felt extremely stable.

Question- with no TPMS does your light go on all the time on the dash? Always wondered if I goybdedicated snow wheels, if I could get away without th sensors
Yessir, just like JimmyTwoTimes said, after a little while the warning light comes on and you get a message telling you the TPMS is not working and you just press ok to ignore it. The light will stay on and you honestly don't need the sensors for winter it's mainly if you don't want to see the stupid light always on lol.

I figured more of you wouldn't be driving their new mustangs in winter... I hate rust.
I hate spending half the year driving a crappy winter beater more than I hate rust. Plus I don't want to make room for another car. I've been told I already have too many. ;)

great drive home from work. wet/snow mode works magically with winter tires. Could barely spin the tires if I tried.

Stopped at portillos for some food and thought the car looked sexy. Guard looks very dark against snow.

We had maybe 4 inches of snow today and I didn't bother trying to get the snow out of the "heat vents" from the hood. Drove all the way home ~45 minutes, some of it over 50 mph and the light fluffy stuff didn't come out of the vent or melt. Not much heat or air flow coming through there!

My complaint is that my car has not been driven in Winter Weather (unless the 20 miles on the Odometer when delivered were driven in the Salty Slush of Dearborn).

I have a new car with a used/rusted exhaust system. It's a family car, but so much for collectibility! How is it that every Mustang I have looked at has a pristine exhaust system?
