Probably the traction control as previously stated.
Not unless somehow the tune is turning it back on. As stated earlier, I always turn off , "Advance Trac" off. I will work with Lund when I get some time, they have instructed me what to data log for them to see what's going on. Won't be able to do that for a while. Loaded the old tune back on for now and no issue.

I didn't see the advance trac being off part. I only read a few comments and then wrote my experience with the Lund 93 tune. When I read that it felt like the car was grabbing the brakes, the only time I've ever felt that is when I had the rear start to kick out with advance trac on. I'm more a fan of taking my car down the strip to see if it's performing how I feel it. Sometimes I feel like it's being a dog and then I run the same times as days when I feel like it's a rocket. I have that luxury being that the track is 10 mins from my house though. Whatever it is I hope you get it sorted out and be sure to keep us in the loop on the findings! Good luck man.
