GUARD S550 MUSTANG Thread

The Sportlines worked perfect for me. The wheel gap and lowered look is exactly what I was hoping for. I've read several reviews where S550 owners who have the PP didn't notice much difference in ride quality after lowering. I concur. Certainly nothing negative. I did not need camber caster plates. My installer had no issues with alignment.

I think the Roush Quicksilver 20's look great on "RobMustang 15" Guard. Whether he lowers it or not the car looks great. Just saying, I had no issues at all with the Eibach Sportiness.

Well shit, I bought the sport lines simply for the extra drop, then everyone told me I would need camber plates to go that low, so instead of putting out the cost of camber plates, I decided I could sell the sport lines and get the Steeda progressives. But if I don't need plates, I would much rather have the sport lines....now I don't know wtf to do....

I went for a BMR spring set up that will lower the front by .875 inches and the back by .5 inches

Should look good!

I am looking forward to putting the car in the various local shows I go to in my area, so I figured why not make it look just a little bit better.

Exterior should be done after that!

This is my baby so far got borla s type catback exhaust which sound amazing. Steeda subframe braces, vertical links and bushing support system. Also got the ford racing short shifter and blowfish racing bracket. My amazing gf just bought me the jlt oil separator , steeda heavy duty clutch line and raxiom tailight sequencer kit. Im super excited for those parts My next big purchase is gonna be the cobra jet intake manifold and possibly switch out the 2 piece driveshaft. I live in canada and the dollar is weak so im not going as crazy as id like to but itll still put a big smile on my face

hey i,m happy to see another s550 owner here.i'm from brossard.I just receive my 2016 gt.I dont no if you plan to tune your car but if you want it you can go see Guy Tremblay (expert tuning) at napiereville he run 11.66 2 weeks ago with is new 2016 with only a tune and drag radials.

Damn dude thats impressive. Ya im definitely looking into a CAI and tune for this upcoming summer. I actually just purchased the rtr grill with the led lights off of american muscle .com. Theyre on pre order and they said they would be available early 2016. Cant wait to put those on. Gonna change the look of the car completely.
