Just noticed that the rear brakes on the GT500 are 14.5" compared to the GT350. I would assume that has to do with the vehicles heavier front bias.
However, hopefully these will also be made available to the public as I feel it would make a better match for the PP brembo fronts.

Just that! I'm assuming.

Assuming it uses the same callipers as the GT350, and it uses a smaller diameter disc, the resulting brake torque would be lower compared to the GT350, therefore making the rear brake bias slightly less. No?

I for example am looking to increase rear brake bias slightly, as OEM's tend to make cars slightly forward bias for safety reasons, and i'm shifting weight to the rear of the car to try and reach a 51/49 or maybe even 50/50 weight distribution. So, i want to retain the PP 6pot Brembo's, put upgrade the rear. The plan was to use the stock discs and try to adapt a Evo X rear 2pot calliper, but if the GT500 offers and easier solution (as long as its not ridiculously expensive), then i'll happily try that route.
