Sorry, not sure off hand. We really have not been selling too many of these diffusers.do you need the under carriage close out panel for the rear diffuser
to properly fit. I was told no.
That strut tower with a simple search on google just brings up regular mustang strut towers with that part number.Strut tower brace KR3Z*16A200*B 1801.92
Rear diffuser KR3Z*17F828*AA 256.18
No I have an oem diffuser and close out panel. I was looking for a gt500 strut tower to fit over my blower.I have a stock GT500 diffuser for sale if you are asking
You don’t “need” it. The after market ones are the same mold and CAD data and do not use it. It’s made to protect the rear diff and for aero. Also the oem one has connection points for it.Did anyone confirm if we needed the close out panel to make this fit properly? If so, do we have a part number?
This is the first time I’m even hearing about support brackets. People usually run the kit or just the diffuser without the panel.Late to the party here, but you do not need the closeout panel to make the diffuser work. It comes with some plastic horizontal supports that need to be snipped off because of differences in their positioning compared to the 500.
You should purchase additional support brackets though that mount more vertically and do work with the GTs. Their part numbers are
