Hello, I am new to the car scene. I recently traded in my 2018 ecoboost to purchase a 2020 Mustang GT last Friday. I love the look of the GT500 bumper and I am looking to purchase one. I have seen lots of conversion kits but they aren't made out of polypropylene but instead fiberglass...

This is what I was thinking of doing.. Purchase an OEM GT500 grill and bondo over the GT500 wording, repaint that part of the bumper, removing the front skirt that says Shelby to replace it with a carbon fiber skirt, insert a RTR Grill or another grill to remove the snake logo.

Does anyone know if the 2020 GT500 front bumper would fit on the 2020 GT?

Thank-you for the help in advance :)

Nope, it won't fit.............if nothing else, where it meets the corner of the headlamp is different as the '20 GT500 uses the "old" headlamps......and the front fenders on the GT500 are wider than the GT. Sorry :(

What if I purchased the same headlights? I have seen a few conversions but for some reason they just look very off to me. I guess that may be my only option.

Thanks for the quick response, greatly appreciated :)

The part beside the lights is not there. Do you think that is okay? Also what do you think of an RTR grill fitting in this one?
RTR grill will not fit in it. This is a direct replacement for the GT front bumper cover. Nothing else needed. Its a conversion. works with factory headlights and all. Many have already done this.....

I'd be wary of the one that states it fits "2015-2021" model years.......there would have to be two versions (2015-2017 & 2018-2021). The hood is lower on the '18+, which is just one reason the two wouldn't be interchangeable.

That makes sense for sure. I would feel better knowing its specifically for a 2018-2020 model.
