if keeping the PP struts/shocks which springs would you pair with them for mild drop better performance? I’ll look into a stiffer front bar as well.
To be honest, stock, unless you are going to work on geometry improvements simultaneously. Everything has to work as a system.

Personally, if I was going to do only one or the other, I'd do the shocks & struts and stick with the original springs. Actually, I did just that with my '08 (along with sta-bars and a little more wheel & tire) and tracked it that way up to intermediate with some organizations and advanced in a couple others.

The rear PP shocks are hopeless IMO, fronts are serviceable. Springs will not fix the rear suspension - the damper has to go in the trash where it belongs.

The Steeda 'Active' rear shocks are 323.95 with the stacked 10% (on top of 20) discount coupon.

On that scale it's showing 1 full turn is actually half a turn? Wouldn't a full turn be from 0 back to 0 for a full turn? Or is 180 degrees a full turn on the Konis?

Wow, I had no idea and would have been really confused trying to adjust it while thinking 360 was a full turn. haha Thank's for the info.

That makes no sense at all. A turn is 360 deg just like it's always been.

2.25 full rotations. One of the shocks got to 2.5.

I know for absolute fact that the yellows for an S197 take 2.25-ish turns. My track settings are somewhere between 450° and 630° counterclockwise from full soft (5 to 7 quarter turns), and there's quite a bit more left.

I find it very hard to believe that Koni would change the number of turns from full-soft to full-firm down to a smaller number, which would give you poorer resolution in making your settings.

they could have changed the thread pitch but I rather doubt that. I think @bjstang's units were built wrong at the factory (needle not indexed correctly) or have defects (bad thread, mis-aligned, burrs). I would call your supplier up and ask them to replace.

Thank's everyone for all the help with this suspension setup and track questions. I finally had a chance to try it on the track today and it work VERY well. I had one issue with my tires but lowering the pressure some corrected that. I'm really happy with the GT350R suspension items and Koni shocks.

Good luck Etrac, hope you have a great time man. Let us know how it goes. What event are you doing?
Sorry, just seen your question. Skip Barber track day.

Good to hear.

Since you do have the Konis, you may have found that the little plastic adjusting tools leave a bit to be desired. I know I did.

This was easy to make and use, and only needs to have 90° rotation. Just be extra careful/gentle when re-zeroing the adjustment against its stop because it does give you a whole lot more leverage.
