Taking 2 tires happens a lot at the end of a race, so yes it's normal. And to say it wasn't the car that won, now you sound like thepill. If the car wasn't near the front, the 2 tires would not of done any good. But since he was up front, the 2 tires was the best choice and they won by it. That is what you call a Team win.

I can tell how much you follow racing. Lol you don't know shot. Rum bum was in complete control of that race. Just bad luck. Like I said gd pit strategy won the race.

:lol: you can't win a race if your not near the front. Pit stops don't win races, but they sure can help to get the win. Watch more racing, it will come to you.

I would consider taking 2 tires pretty normal pit strategy.
Just like only getting a splash of gas, instead of filling the tank.

Nope, only lecturing about street racing and how stupid it is. Yes I have street raced in the past but by no means am I proud of it, but to defend it is stupid. Intentionally endangering the lives of others for your own personal gain without regard for others is always stupid.

It's a team sport. It's on the driver to stay near the top, but it is up to the pit strategy and the physical pit stop that often makes it or breaks it. Fast car + crap pit strategy = not going to have a good time.

It's no excuse, the z28 ran with a HUGE power advantage the entire 2014 season. Chevy is permitted to bring a 500hp, 7 liter engine to the race...

Ford shows up Day 1 with a 40% restriction, which is also causing engine issues now.

I understand it, I said it here, THE 5TH GEN CAMARO IS A JOKE. Couldn't do it with an 6.2 SS or 1LE. THEY ABSOLUTELY NEEDED 7 liters and a huge output advantage.

I called this outcome once I seen IMSA stop a race after they secured 1st. That was pretty low class...for RAIN!?! Endurance is no longer a race to see who wins, it's to see how long Chevy takes to get into 1st :lol: and another reason this class is pretty much spent.


It's a sad thing to watch an organized body pull strings, AND STILL watch this thing take the title by the skin of its teeth. :lol:

It took 15 races for the z28 to receive the same restriction the GT350R started with.

That's 1.5 seasons of free reign on a 370hp Boss 302, a 360hp M3 and the Porsche and Nissan (350-ish) :lol:


Boy, I'd be patting myself on the back too.


FACT: The all-mighty 1LE didn't have the balls for the Boss, nor did the SS or any 6.2 Camaro. Looks pretty chickensh!t to me...


Let's not forget that the z28.R is NOT a z28... what made a z28 a z28 was removed and replaced with Pratt and Miller equipment... because Chevy can't build their own racecars. No money...

Trust me, the same thing is happening in SCCA GTS. Brakes, output, tire... all advantages the z28 now enjoys. As well as a 500lbs weight reduction allowance.


If you can't see the insane amount of waivering going on to fit the Camaro's ass in a class, you are lost.
