What do i have for choices of aftermarket gt350 track pack spoilers with a wicker bill? Do any come with the holes predrilled for the wicker bill?

I believe the wings that have the wicker bill or can attach one as an option have the holes poredilled with screws in them in case you do not go for the wicker bill. My S'wing came like that. There are short screws as placeholders and for the wicker bill you use longer ones.

im too cheap for that , this mustang is a winter driven daily driver . ill save the money for my 99 ws6 , it does look nice .
