I sent them a PM and gave me a code but since I placed the order before their reply I was charged the same. I inquired if they could do an adjustment for the free shipping and told me they couldn't do anything. Which is weird specially since they haven't shipped anything yet.

I might just cancel the order and reorder or just wait. Will see if they ship mine tomorrow

Question about the GT350 Wheel.

When installing the wheel, is it designed so it can be mounted only one way?

Meaning, is there any chance that it can be mis-aligned?

I think I had another question also but can't remember right now.

It is a hex fitting (so a misalignment would be 60 degrees off). Install with the wheels straight and you'll be fine.

They couldnt do anything, or didnt want to do anything? Id' think you could make an adjustment in your system to take care of a customer, or you need a new system. Or better customer service. just sayin'
