If you search the actual part number on google you can certainly find it in that price range.

I was a bit surprised myself.

Part of me hopes these are on backorder for a while. Just so I can feel the extra $70 or so I paid was worth it. :D
:ninja:

I think it was worth it, LOL.

I would assume eventually as they need to carry a stock for replacements.

correct, but not anytime soon as the overwhelming demand for 'well I wanna put the GT350 wheel on my GT' is interfering with vehicle production, and since there's no REAL reason for a dealership to even order the wheels yet (to replace an ACTUAL GT350's wheel) Ford is just killing all the SORs at this time.

Josh you bring up a very good point here that not only relates to this example but others as well.

When a manufacturer plans for replacement part production they take into account the amount of vehicles being produced and depending on what the part is they stock a small fraction of this. At this time Ford probably has more orders for wheels then the actual cars!

You cannot buy just the start button. Levittown has already said the whole dash piece around the radio is all 1 piece with the button- something like $500.

The R wheel/shifter are not available to order yet (and no one is sure ho many can be gotten or without a VIN yet). Refer to Levittown's other thread linked in this thread
