I understand, but conversion is relatively low here. The monthly fee we pay here is better served on a different platform where conversion is always very very high. For an example, our monthly fee here, if used to advertise on Facebook or other social media platform, we would be reaching over 11-20k targeted mustang enthusiasts; and they usually end up tagging and sharing our posts with their other friends, etc. Compare that to around 1000-2000 engagements we usually get here, it is a no-brainer.
It strictly a business move and spending money where we can get better ROI. We will still stick around here though, just won't as active as we used to be. We love this forum.

They probably didn't like the criticism they got from a lot of people here.

Looking on their facebook, a lot of their stuff seems to be stuff they bought in bulk from china, because you can find the same stuff on aliexpress.

Oh yeah obviously they aren't interested in communicating with customers, you can tell by the lack of involvement in this thread. Wait...

I've called them out multiple times on Facebook asking how they managed to screw up their wheel orders so bad...and they won't comment. Failing to identify deficiencies means they are either hiding their ineptitude or they are too dumb to realize there's a problem.
