Thanks for the heads up .I placed them on the car and saw the area that matches the GT350 valence interfered with the premium bumper and trimmed that part off. Then held them up into position to trim the length to match the premium bumper trim and used a file to round the corner.
All of the holes lined up well. I was short a couple of plastic rivets but just re positioned the rivets that were there to secure them. Also on both sides I removed a couple of bumper bolts in the fender to secure the splash guard.
