Ford usually runs a BBS or other forged wheel on their test miles don't they.

No...

The reason is likely because the front fenders for the 350 are wider than the GT and those rears are probably spec'ed racers for a GT. The fronts would have to change and these wheels may have been in place before the front suspension components were modded... Tough to say.

I just posted about this in a different forum. The offsets are funky because as Reaper stated, the fenders. I want to run a 19x11 up front but I'll need a +24 offset for the wheel to fit correctly and I'm not about to run a spacer for racing. I believe the standard 10.5" wheels are a +41. I'm having serious problems finding a wheel off the shelf with such an extreme offset without going the custom route or spending a million billion on wheels (like customs from Forgeline).
