Hey group - My front splitter took a small beating in transport (transport company is covering replacement parts). Want to make sure I get the right part(s) ordered. I saw a previous post that shows part number: FR3Z*17626*E. Looks like this contains all 3 pieces and the hardware. Is anything else needed (additional hardware, rivets, etc)? I saw another post that mentioned rivets??

Thanks for the assistance.

If they are replacing all 3 pieces and the price is similar you may want to consider the 1 piece R version. JAT

robbo...the factory splitter comes with all the requisite hardware. The rivet posts are from people that think they are something you put on in order to assemble the splitter. You don't as the center section, with the rivets, comes preassembled.

Thank you. Exactly what I needed to know.

You may want to familiarize yourself with how the splitter fits the fascia. Breeze through the "check your splitter" thread and you'll see how a large number of Ford dealers didn't install them correctly. So you want to make sure that the new one is seated all the way in.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to ask if the mechanic doing the work can save you all the old hardware too. Much of it should still be good.

You can get the R splitter from Autonation ford out of Minnesota for $985. Just bought one and very easy to install. Looks better to. Just my 2 pennies.

The regular splitter doesn't go for this much, more like 1/3 of that...
