As most of you know SEMA is next week out in Vegas. I suspect Ford Performance Racing Parts will reveal several parts for the GT350's. It will be interesting to see what they will offer. I think the surprising things will be what they won't offer. Historically FRPP has offered many of the unique factory features found on the "Halo" cars for general public consumption.

I think we can "ASSUME" they will offer a rear seat kit for the GT350R and coolers for the Tech Pack cars. I think they might even offer an oil catch can kit as featured on the Track Tour cars.

I'm also hoping to see the rear seat delete from the R offered for sale.

Any thoughts on what else they may introduce? Or better yet, which of the GT350/R parts they won't offer for sale.

Won't a rear seat delete from any S550 platform work though? I don't think it would have to be 350 specific.
Sure, it would work. But many people (including me) would like to have the factory GT350R RSD. FRPP offered the Boss302 LS rear seat delete.

The RSD in the GT350 looks OEM fit and finish - like it belongs there.

I agree with all those potential things we could see. Did they do an "announce" at SEMA for these FRPP Boss parts though? I never paid much attention to it.

We will see a new Cobra Jet. We might could see some Shelby engine components used. But yes, FRPP will typically announce new parts at SEMA, especially when a "halo" car is involved.

I wonder if we might see the GT350 Voodoo crate engine become available. Ford Racing has an engine (aluminator xs) with similar power levels BUT it will not sound as sweet as the Voodoo will going down the road. The XS is very expensive of course so the Voodoo might be even more so.

Voodoos will be every bit of 30g. The 5.8 Trinity was 39g when it first came out.

I would assume that also included the supercharger and intercooler, etc.

I can't imagine a Voodoo would be that much more than the $12k for the crate Boss engine. $15k maybe?

It was a long block. The voodoo will not be that cheap of a motor. Not a chance in hell. At a minimum a 20g+ engine
