I'm not interested in the steering wheel, but I am curious about that shifter knob in the 2nd pics. Would you provide some details around that? Very cool.

It was custom made by WC Lathe Works. The guy is a meticulous genius. This particular one is a stainless steel sphere with narrow grooves, no shift pattern on top, and a gunmetal, slightly bronzed finish (to give it a subtle bluing, which matches the car). He has engineered a system for creating a very tight fit, no vibration, but easy to screw on and off. Weight is a bit less than one lb. Cost was just under $200, as I recall.

yeah, no crap. if it was black fiber and leather/ Alcantara i would probably have been to late to the party. but the bright red would not go well with my car either. but damn if it dont look cool as hell!
