GT grille vs Ecoboost Grille

Hi,

I want to change the Ecoboost grille with that of the GT, but I notice that the grille of GT is more "closed".

Has anyone changed it and noticed an increase in temperature?

No temperature increase.
Bolts right on
Looks a lot better.
The lower grille.is fully open for.The intercooler.

Looks way better and breaths just fine ..you can even Hollow out all the holes like I did

A dremel tool with a router bit makes it really easy.
I opened up my intake grille section the same way.

Yes I did it and I definitely didn't have to use a Dremel or routing tool..i used a small belt sander from the back..and the honycomb just fell out ..without any chance of damage
