RTR lighted grille VS knockoff

So I am interested in buying one of these grilles. From reading posts about both it seems that there are light failures on both. Which one has a lower failure rate? To anyone who has one of these grilles, and has had it for more than a year, how is the longevity? I personally like the looks of the RTR more but no warranty and $300 replacement lights has me seriously considering the knockoff

I was a big fan of the RTR until Velossa Tech released lights for their air ram scoops. They're cheaper, look better in the day, and are LEDs that can be replaced. They also actually function for air flow into the intake as well.
