I agree with the above that the stock option looks better. Ford put effort into the design of the fuel door so that it blends in with the rear lines of the car and disappears as much as possible. I personally have never understood the desire to bring attention to a vehicle's fuel door, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder, after all.

Interesting you chose elegant to describe the Mustang… I don’t think that’s a word I would use to describe a an American made two-door, rear wheel drive V8.

I agree without the fuel door I also like spoiler delete and my GT350 spoiler . According to window sticker car was spoiler delete someone installed thin spoiler that cracked on the end.

i don't understand why people do this. the stock one is perfect. its clean. this is ricer garbage and you are right to be unsettled by it. hell, i wish i'd remove my 5.0 badges if i could but they got holes under em.

It looked good on my Twister Orange (any flashy color). I put it on my new shadow black, looks like crap, reverted back to stock, and it will stay like this.

Installed the flat black on my car yesterday & put on an ebay supercharged emblem. Agree color you got doesn't go with your car.

Not that it is a Mercedes W205 (the current W206 is a POS), yes, that's properly elegant...

BUT I find a degree of refinement in the S550 that does not detract to it's "muscleness". She's a muscle car but not brutal, refined but not metrosexual (for that we have the W206, the W214 which will make me sick or any recent BMW that I hope to be blind everytime I see one).
