Summer only tires on a California Special. Makes sense to me.

I got Pzero all season on my CS.

California Special has all seasons not summer only tires.
I think only PP has summer only tires.

As for worth it or not, it has different seats, grills, rear spoiler, wheels, hood vents, mirror covers, strips, special dash plaque, as well as strut tower brace, and trunk lid badge.

On the 2015 (assume the 2016 are the same) the foundry 20" wheels also came with summer only tires.

Mine has all-seasons and actually on another dealer lot I saw a PP with all-seasons as well.

Ford told me via email that it comes with Summer Tires, but then again, the first time I asked they told me that it came with 19" wheels but 17" tires, one more time, 19 wheels and 17" tires.....

Should know for sure in 7 weeks when it arrives.

One more thing, they also told me that the wheels are 8.8" wide. Has anyone seen an 8.8" wide wheel?

Honest, I have not made this stuff up!

I can go home today and measure it for you.
The wheels are 19 inch with 255/40ZR19 P-Zero Nero all season tires.

I have this package and the front splitter and grill alone are worth it to me. It looks much better than the honey comb that comes standard. The other stuff is just icing on the cake.

I was looking for an automatic, but the GT/CS was sitting on the lot I was like heck yea.

Pretty much that too. I wanted the Auto, and the look of the C/S just looks mean. Don't care for the wheels, but everything else is beautiful. It was an instant sale.

I believe they are 19x9.5 wheels.

I really enjoy the upgraded interior, as well as all the other extras that came with the package.
