If the clicking noise you're having are solid sounding and only happens during tight turns and you can replicate them at will, then your prime suspect would be the CV joints. If the clicks are flimsy sounding and subtle and they happen every time your creeps forward or backward, then it might be the CV shaft nut(32mm) being loose

The sound I hear is normally at 10 to 30 mph and I stick my head out of the window a bit. I can hear it with the windows up too but not as much. I assume it’s coming from the rear. While driving in a straight line the click speeds up or slows down as the car does.
