I joined the Grabber Lime club yesterday. My first mustang and it actually grabbed my attention from looking at a black one.

Only a Steeda spring mod for this damn clutch pedal. I am not a fan of how it feels and engages. I am coming from a WRX where it engaged pretty close to the floor and you could slip the clutch pretty easily.

That's one thing that annoyed me about the manual Mustang when i drove a few before buying my old '18 back in the day. I love a pedal that engages right off the floor like you mentioned, whereas the Mustangs had a pedal with no feel, that engaged somewhere around the half way point and it made smooth manual driving a lot harder when you felt like doing that sort of thing. I still think about manual Mustangs though, might go back to one at some point. The 10R80 is a (sometimes jerky) hoot especially in sport mode paddle-shift, but manuals are an emotional thing. Worst part about the manual for me was i couldn't get into a seating position where my left knee wasn't hitting the steering column on clutch release. But having said that, the manual cars i drove all had Recaros.

I really like some elements of that, but why didn’t they make the end of the stripe follow the curvature of the door ... ?

That would probably look nice as well. Any updates one when your ride is supposed to arrive?

Unfortunately not ... :frown:

If it would have been built on time it would have cleared flat rock before the shutdown. I would hazard a guess it will be built a month or so after it reopens. I’ve been trying not to get to bothered about it, bigger things in the world to worry about at the moment ...

On the upside, the money is sat in the bank waiting and the pile of bits in the garage is slowly building ... :like:

Sounds like a good outlook to have about the whole thing. And yeah, more time and more money never hurt haha. Plus the build up will make delivery day that much sweeter, you're going to love it. Sadly my spoiler has been stuck in customs for over a month. Supposedly it was released a few days ago and should ship soon. I installed another mod this afternoon, will share tomorrow after her wash :sunglasses: also have a front splitter waiting to go on, but i'll need access to my Dads tools/garage before that can happen haha.

Blacking out of the lights is complete now that i've received and installed my tail light covers. Love the look :inlove: more pics available in the build thread.

Installed an ebay PP2 style splitter. Sits about an inch deeper than OEM due to non-performance pack car but still looks good IMO.
