What if I knew of 1, that might sell for the right price?
I own #HR897. I've been wanting a GT500 for a couple of years now. I absolutely love my R, it's been a phenomenal car but with no backseat, my daughter is getting to the age she is enjoying car shows and my wife and daughter can't ever go with. We always have to drive separately, I realize I'll never find another GB R for sale again I'm sure. But if I went GT500 I could still get a GB color or even maybe a more rare mischievous purple.

I bought it in 2020 from Chicago Motor Cars, it had 14k miles and had 20k now. It's been well maintained and has full PPF. It's not a 10 of 10 car exterior, it has a few small stone chips from previous owner. I have a transferable Ford Premium warranty until August 2025 with key replacement as well.
I have the Marty report, window sticker, supplement kit Shelby registry certificate and the original markup ticket from Beechmont Ford in Cincinnati OH. It's heavily documented.

Search out @rare_r_260 on Instagram as you can see the car and more pictures. It's paid for and I have the title in hand. It would have to be a persuadable offer as I don't really want to sell but would consider for a reasonable price.
Thanks 👍🏻
Why would you just not put a back seat in it?

not to hurt my own opportunities of owning this beautiful car, but why not just add a rear seat. I know that there are cars out there with the rare option, but if I buy one without it, I'm just going to put a regular gt seat on it so my 4 year old can ride in it.

Now that GT500s have come down in price and can be found for roughly the same as an R, I completely understand your logic. I just don't know if I can be ok with not having a manual.

That being said, I sent you a message thru Instagram!
