Lethal was a pleasure to deal with again and im excited to get my baby exhaust off and go 3" all the way back starting with this. However after i opened the box my excitement kinda went away to a degree. The welds are not very good to me the beads are very dark (sign of oxidation and/or to high of heat. and i see some sugaring on the backside of the welds inside the 3" tubing. Certainly not enough shielding gas was used. I wanted 304 stainless steel so i dont have to worry about rust or corrosion for many years. Is this normal for corsa???

Very typical and for the most part an acceptable industry standard.
The truth is;
It’s as good as it gets.

Its exhaust bro, it doesn't need sanitary welds. 🤣
